1. Sentricon Always Active
Sentricon Always Active is a low cost inground bait station system that attracts termites 10 times more than wood to its lethal feeding rods! Once ingested, the worker termites feeding their colony cannot malt which leads to their death, which in turn kills the colony.
Installed 3 metres apart around your home perimeter and active for 5 years, this system is more safe and effective than traditional chemical barriers.

Time taken to install is approximately 6 hours and 6 monthly checkups are required.
2. Reticulation System
Reticulation Systems are perforated pipework that is installed around the perimeter of your house beneath the soil.
This system is preferably installed on newly built homes during construction where there are no concrete footpaths and driveways laid yet.
Chemical stays active up to 3 years every time its recharged.
Time taken to install is approximately 8 hours and refill times are 30-60mins.
3. Chemical Barrier
Chemical Barriers involve drilling and chemical injection around the perimeter of your house.
When finished all holes are filled with grout or plugs and the barrier will stay active up to 8 years.
Time taken to complete is approximately 8 hours.
4. Termite Nest Treatment
When termite trails are detected in your home we will endeavour to find the nest to apply a chemical treatment directly to kill the queen. The rest of the colony will die off usually within 4 weeks.
If a nest cannot be located the only option is to use bait stations along termite trails. This method can take approximately 1 to 6 months, on rare occasions longer, to eliminate the termite colony. ^
